Effective communication is crucial. Upon accepting a new family into our center, we seek to establish open communication to address any concerns or questions. Alignment in childcare philosophy between the center and parents is essential. We encourage questions, feedback, or discussions that contribute to positive outcomes for the children. Sensitive matters will be privately discussed at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Day care Hours

We offer full-day care for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 8:00 pm

Saturdays: 09:30 am to 05:30 pm

Full playschool programs are available for children aged 2 to 3 years.

Monday to Friday: 09 am to 12:00 pm (Summers)

Monday to Friday: 09:30 am to 12:30 pm (Winters)

Winter Breaks for Play school: 10 days

Summer Breaks for Play school: 45 Days

Fees / Payment Procedures

Specific rates will be communicated upon admission. Fees are payable in advance, due no later than the first week of each new quarter. Payment methods include Cheque, Credit Card, or Cash. Late payment incurs a fee of Rs. 100/- per day. Repeated late payments may result in termination, and parents more than 2 weeks late may be denied childcare until the account is current.

Transport and Monthly fees are payable quarterly in advance.

Annual fees are payable in advance for one year. For mid-year admissions, fees will be prorated for the remaining quarters.

Parent Vacation

Fees must be paid during vacations to hold the Daycare spot.

Fees for Late Pick Up

A late pickup fee of Rs. 100/- will be assessed for children picked up after the scheduled time mentioned at admission, and Rs. 250/- per hour for extended hours. This will be added to the subsequent quarter's fee notice.

Change in Schedule

Add-ons or schedule changes may be accepted only if a position is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Schedule changes should be communicated well in advance to minimize disruption to our normal schedule.

We maintain an open-door policy for parents during daycare hours. Parents are welcome to call or drop in to see their children. Please consider our schedule when dropping in or calling.

Absences

Daycare fees are based on enrollment, not attendance. Fees must be paid during a child's absence due to illness, holidays, vacation, or any other reason to maintain a reserved space.

Transport

Transport charges will be as per actual distance. Facility is available for select locations. Changes in transport must be communicated a week in advance.

Discipline

We uphold a positive discipline policy focusing on prevention, redirection, love, consistency, and firmness. Disagreements between children are expected, and we address them through preventive measures and discussions.

Illness

Kidzee Daycare is a well-child care facility. Sick children must not be brought to daycare to prevent exposure to others. Strict illness policies will be enforced.

Medications

Parents must provide any necessary medications, and written authorization is required for administration. Medicines must be in the original container with proper labeling.

Medical Emergencies

Minor injuries receive first aid, and emergency situations prompt immediate contact with parents. Parents are responsible for all emergency medical costs.

Termination Policies

Termination may occur for reasons such as failure to pay, routine late pickups, failure to complete required forms, lack of parental cooperation, child's failure to adjust, our inability to meet the child's needs, lack of compliance with handbook regulations, or serious illness of the child. One month's written notice is required for termination, with the month paid in full. The provider may also give one month's notice, requiring full tuition regardless of the child's attendance.

Revisions to Handbook and Contract

The handbook and contract will be revised yearly, and families will sign a new contract annually. Changes in rates and policies will be communicated in writing, with attempts to provide at least two weeks' notice.
